Fashion- Katy Perry

Katy Perry (also known as Kathrine Elizabeth Hudson) was born October 25, 1984, in Santa Barbara, California. After having three record deals fall apart, she signed with Capitol in 2007.

Katy Perry style is very different and kind of funny. She likes bright colors and she enjoys standing out from everyone else. She has had several different colors of hair.

In the album for "I kissed a Girl" she wore a blue and pink romper with a blue belt and a blue bracelet.

 

In the music video for "California Gurls" she wears a lot of interesting outfits that you wouldn't seen anyone wearing on a regular day. She likes to be very out there when it comes to clothing. In the music video the theme was kind of like a candy land theme with like cupcakes and gummy bears. In this music she would wear a purple wig or she would wear her hair naturally, which at the time it was her hair was blue.

 

 

Fashion- Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were born on June 13, 1986, in Sherman Oaks, California. It's not that big a surprise that twins Mary-Kate and Ashley got into show business, since they grew up in California. They landed the role of Michelle Tanner. At the audition, they were the only twins that didn't cry, and that was enough for the people at Full House. After an eight year run as one of the most popular shows on TV, Mary-Kate and Ashley were two of Hollywood's most loved stars. Now known for much more than their acting careers, Mary-Kate and Ashley have become fashion icons and are constantly featured in celebrity gossip magazines.

In October 2007 the Olsen twins decided to start their own fashion line.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen introduce a colorful line of spring ready-to-wear from their sister brand, Elizabeth and James. The sisters oversaw everything from styling to model casting and set aesthetics.  Lending their expert eyes to the looks, which include tailored suiting, scuba fabrics and gossamer-like silks, the Olsen touch can be found in the pattern mixing and attention to detail.  Mattel produced Mary-Kate and Ashley fashion dolls from 2000 to 2005.

Nicki Minaj is very interesting celebrity, when it comes to fashion. She has her own individuality and she's very proud if it. She has a very unique sense of style. There really is no one else who dresses like her!

Nicki Minaj was at the Capitale in NYC to collect her “Rising Star” award at Billboard’s 6th Annual Women in Music event. She wowed the audience in a stunning black & white gown from Versace’s Resort 2012 collection and a super long blonde wig with blunt bangs. Nicki knows how to turn heads when it comes to red carpet events.


 Nicki attended the Grammy Nominations Concert at the Nokia Theater, LA. She chose to wear a pink wig, paired with a turquoise curve hugging dress and what seems to be the perfect colorblock combo — these ‘to DIE for’ Versace Dvea Patent-Leather Triple Platform Pumps from the Spring/Summer 2011 Collection.


Rubber boots aren’t just for the rain anymore, they’re also a fun fashion item for all seasons. Nicki performed at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Vegas, wearing these Solid Pink ‘Chooka’ Rainboots.

In the summer most girls enjoy wearing shorts, skirts or a nice dress. I am going to focus on some popular dress styles that teenage girls would love to wear. A very popular color in summer dresses is white, lots of white. It's more vibrant and it's very summery. Halter top dresses and strapless dresses. Taylor Swift's style for example is very vintage and she enjoys wearing nice elagent dresses.

There are also some celebrity styles that are very laidback. Like Miley Cyrus for example. In this picture she is wearing a summery t-shirt that's casual but still elegant at the same time. To finish of the outfit she is wearing a pear of dark blue skinny jeans and to top it all off she has a small golden necklace.

Katy Perry's fashion is not like any other celebrity, it is very out there. She enjoys wearing bright colors and always likes to finish her outfit with a cute and funky pair of shoes. Katy Perry really likes colors, as I said before, in fact she likes bright colors so much that she has dyed her hair almost every bright color that you could think of.

Lady Gaga is a very fashionable, in her own way. She like being different from everyone else and  she's very unique. Lady Gaga wears a lot of clothes that are out of the ordinary and something that you might not see everyday. Lady Gaga doesn't really have any clothes that casual. They might be casual to her, but they are still quite abnormal.

Summer/Spring fashion advice!

These are some popular spring/summer trends. This spring and summer you will find yourself wrapped in heavenly fabrics, adorned with fabulous vivid color, as well as soft neutrals, and pastels. The most popular color this summer is mint green. Black and white fashions were big on the runways this season, let's face it you can't go wrong with the traditional black and white outfit. This spring and summer, dresses and skirts will remain must haves.



This is an example of a nice comfortable summer outfit with some bright colors, but still staying nice and simple. The belt on this outfit adds a very nice extra finish look to this outfit.



This outfit, on the other hand is a bit nicer. It's has a nice black shirt and a little stream of white, because like I said before black and white are very common together. To finish this outfit she is wearing a pair of high heels, with a little bit of a heel to add some elegance.
